Welcome to Move Marketing. These Terms & Conditions outline the rules and conditions for using our website and working with Move Marketing Co., Ltd.

The exact scope, price and delivery terms of each project will be agreed separately in writing, by email, proposal, invoice or contract.

3. Use of Our Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Use the website in a way that may damage or impair its functionality
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website or related systems
  • Copy, reproduce or reuse content from the website without permission
  • Use the website for spam, fraud or misleading activity

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website if we believe these terms are being violated.

4. Quotes, Proposals and Agreements

Any quote or proposal provided by Move Marketing is valid only for the period stated in the quote or proposal. If no period is stated, the quote is valid for 14 days.

A project or service agreement is considered accepted when the client confirms the work in writing, pays an invoice, signs a proposal or otherwise clearly approves the start of the work.

5. Payments

Payment terms will be stated on the relevant invoice, proposal or agreement.

Unless otherwise agreed, invoices must be paid by the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may result in delayed delivery, paused work or termination of the service.

All prices are stated excluding VAT, taxes or other charges unless clearly stated otherwise.

6. Client Responsibilities

To deliver our services properly, the client may need to provide access, information, content, approvals or feedback.

The client is responsible for ensuring that:

  • Information provided to Move Marketing is accurate and complete
  • Required access is provided in a timely manner
  • Content, images, trademarks or materials supplied by the client may legally be used
  • Feedback and approvals are given within a reasonable timeframe

Delays caused by missing information, missing access or delayed approvals may affect delivery timelines.

7. Results and Performance

Move Marketing works to improve visibility, traffic, rankings, conversions and digital performance. However, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, sales, leads or results.

Search engines, AI platforms, advertising platforms and third-party systems are outside our control. Results may vary depending on competition, market conditions, website history, technical setup, budget and other factors.

8. SEO, AI Search and Third-Party Platforms

Our SEO, GEO and AI visibility services may involve recommendations, technical changes, content production, optimization, link building, structured data, analytics review and other relevant actions.

We do not control Google, Bing, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, social platforms, advertising platforms or other third-party services. These platforms may update their algorithms, rules or systems at any time.

Move Marketing is not responsible for changes, penalties, ranking drops, account restrictions or platform decisions caused by third-party systems, unless directly caused by gross negligence from Move Marketing.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, design, text, graphics, code, strategies, reports, templates and materials created by Move Marketing remain the property of Move Marketing until full payment has been received.

After full payment, the client receives the agreed usage rights for the final delivered work, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Move Marketing may reuse general knowledge, methods, frameworks and experience gained during a project, provided that confidential client information is not disclosed.

10. Client Content and Materials

The client retains ownership of any materials provided to Move Marketing, including logos, images, text, product information and brand assets.

The client grants Move Marketing permission to use these materials for the purpose of delivering the agreed services.

The client confirms that any materials provided do not infringe third-party rights.

11. Revisions and Changes

Revisions are included only to the extent stated in the relevant agreement, proposal or project scope.

Additional changes, new requests or work outside the agreed scope may be billed separately.

Move Marketing will inform the client when a request is considered outside the original scope.

12. Cancellations and Termination

Ongoing services may be cancelled according to the notice period stated in the relevant agreement or proposal. If no specific notice period is agreed, either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days’ written notice.

Work already completed, time already spent, third-party costs and committed expenses must still be paid by the client.

Move Marketing may terminate or pause services if invoices are not paid, if required information is not provided, or if the client acts unlawfully, abusively or in breach of these terms.

13. Third-Party Costs

Some projects may require third-party services, such as hosting, domains, plugins, themes, software, advertising spend, APIs, stock images or external tools.

Unless otherwise agreed, these costs are not included in Move Marketing’s fees and must be paid by the client.

Move Marketing is not responsible for errors, downtime, pricing changes or policy changes from third-party providers.

14. Limitation of Liability

Move Marketing is not liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of profit, loss of data, loss of rankings, business interruption or any consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited.

15. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless required for the delivery of the service, required by law or agreed in writing.

Confidential information may include business information, login details, strategies, pricing, client data, technical information and internal processes.

16. Portfolio and References

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Move Marketing may mention the client as a customer and may reference completed work in our portfolio, case studies or marketing material.

Confidential information, sensitive data or non-public performance data will not be shared without permission.

17. Website Content

The content on this website is provided for general information only. While we aim to keep information accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free.

We may update, change or remove website content at any time without notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only.
